Sage Seeds

An indispensable part of sage and onion stuffing, sage is a strongly scented perennial herb that can be used to flavour many vegetable and meat dishes. It is fabulous chopped and combined with cooked mashed butternut squash, Parmesan cheese and a little creme fraiche.
