Rhubarb Glaskins Perpetual

A superb all-round variety which produces long, tender red stalks. Due to the naturally low level of oxalic acid (the compound that causes bitterness in rhubarb) found in Glaskins Perpetual, it can be harvested later in the season than other varieties. Perfect in pies and crumbles, or simply baked with honey and orange.
