Courgette Seeds

A courgette or zucchini is a very easy to grow summer squash which is tender and versatile to use in the kitchen. It can be eaten raw in salads, steamed, fried and roasted. It is delicious ad quite different when used straight from the plant than the often limp, sometimes bitter vegetables found in the supermarket.
